This year it is headlined with the purpose of Solving the Talent Challenge, and delegates will be a mix of business leaders, HR specialists and skills innovators. Past delegates have found that its format of round table discussions mixed with keynote speakers creates a great forum for sharing challenges and ideas.

Semta’s own David Ivell will be one of the keynote speakers sharing with the delegates some the thinking from Semta’s innovation lab as to the opportunity for harnessing technology to address the skills gap. From using data science to predict the skills of the future, and build models of skills pathways through careers that can underpin talent management solutions, to applying technology in innovative ways to unlock new approaches to old problems.
