    Northwest Automotive Alliance Business Excellence Administrator

    The NAA is a not for profit membership based company, which raises the competitiveness and profile of the automotive sector in the North West region.  The NAA is industry led and the Board comprises of senior managers representing both large and small companies. The NAA’s Business Excellence programme provides business support to the sector, with the aim of improving economic performance, for which the services are either free or heavily subsidised.

    The job involves providing administrative support to the NAA Business Excellence Project Manager and other individuals delivering the project, whilst reporting to the CEO.  The key responsibilities are to help the project manager to smoothly deliver the project and to ensure that all relevant administration is complete and auditable to European funding standards. The role is diverse ranging from ensuring that electronic and paper-based systems are complete to audit requirements, to supporting with events and exhibitions.

    We are seeking a confident team worker with experience of administering publicly funded/European projects. Highly developed organisational skills are key, together with an eye for detail.  The individual should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be enthusiastic, be flexible, be adaptable and be able to both work under direction, as well as use their own initiative.

    Salary and benefits: up to £23,000 (pro-rata), 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) and a 4% personal pension contribution.
