Plus Point’s Operations Director, Greg Fields presented Rosti’s QAHSE Director Vicki Byrne with the completed certificates. They represent the successful completion of Plus Point’s automotive training for a number of Rosti’s employees.
Greg said “Plus Point has completed a number of successful training programmes with Rosti which has seen their employees upskill in various areas of the business. We have plans to further roll out the training with Rosti and other clients this year.”
Plus Point’s training includes Lean awareness, core automotive tools training and business improvement training. While it has been designed for the automotive sector, the programmes teach transferable skills which can be utilised in other areas of business.
Vicki Byrne said, “The training has been extremely useful for Rosti and we’ve been able to upskill our teams with Plus Point’s training. We’re intending to invest in our employees further by putting more through the programmes as we’ve experienced a real benefit as a result.
Plus Point is a North West based automotive quality control and training provider. It provides temporary staff and training programmes to manufacturers throughout the UK and Europe. It works with Rosti, an international injection moulding company own by Swedish investment company Nordstjernan.
