    Who Should Attend?
    This course is aimed at anyone who is involved in recruitment and selection and who wishes to fully understand the entire process from start to finish on a practical basis.

    What are the Objectives?
    The aim is to improve participants’ preparation and interviewing skills so that they are better equipped to handle the recruitment and selection process in a professional manner.

    By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

    • Understand the importance of preparation and the actions required before an interview takes place
    • Identify the skills needed to conduct an effective selection interview
    • Understand the importance of what should be done after an interview takes place to maximise the probability that a candidate will accept a position if it is offered to them.

    Participants will be given the opportunity to practise the key skills and gain sufficient confidence to apply them in a work situation.

    Course Delivery
    This is a highly participative workshop with course content supplemented by exercises, open discussion and the opportunity to practice.  To ensure that participants gain the most out of the experience the maximum number of delegates is limited to six.

    What do I Take Away with Me?
    Participants will be provided with a course manual containing useful reference material and notes from the workshop, together with a certificate to confirm attendance.
