    George Utz Ltd based in Alfreton, Derbyshire just off junction 28 M1, is proud to offer clever, creative, sustainable, and smart returnable packaging solutions.

    The Utz Group started in 1947 in Zurich Switzerland, today comprises of eight global manufacturing locations. Much of this growth followed our large automotive customers as they too expanded globally.

    Our range extends from, off-the-shelf products to bespoke customer solutions. Injection moulded and thermoformed products.

    Modern plastic technology enables creative and sustainable solutions.  The plastics Utz offer is 100% recyclable and can be made from recyclable material.

    Utz is the only tote solutions supplier in the world currently who is carbon neutral.

    Here in the UK we run a joint apprenticeship scheme with Toyota for a number of years now. Which involves Utz apprentices training at Toyota prior to joining Utz.

    We have worked and continue to work with such customers as, BMW, Ford, JLR, Toyota etc.

    What can you offer to NAA Members?

    Utz core product range for the automotive sector includes, KLTs, Galias, Plastic Pallets, Collapsible FLCs (Klapa), Solid FLCs (Paloxe), Dollies, Bespoke Thermoformed Component Holders, ESD containers with lids.

    As well as a portfolio of standard solutions Utz Group can also offer bespoke solutions from design to product realization and manufacture.

    UK manufactured products in both virgin and Utz own UIC high-grade recycled material.

    Global Group expertise at a local level.

    Open and closed loop recycling with the ability to use in the material mix for new products.

    Dedicated Account Manager and an internal Projects team to support on bespoke solutions.
