    Klarity 4.0 HR

    Background

    I am based in Chester and have over 20 years of HR practitioner experience enabling organisations to be ‘match-fit’ for Business and Digital Transformation.

    What do you do?

    Working with Senior Teams, I have led the design and delivery of leadership, culture, and skills development programmes, both in-person and online.

    What markets are you in?

    I have made long-lasting improvements in various organisations like Airbus, Rolls Royce, and JCB. I have recently successfully adapted the big business approach to manufacturing, process, and engineering SMEs.

    What can you offer to NAA members?

    If you have not already started with Digital Transformation, you are falling behind competitors.  Tough to hear when you are working flat out to fulfil customer orders and don’t have the breathing space to focus on new ideas.

    When research shows that 70 % of change efforts fail, there is a high-risk new technology that stays on the shelf as the latest initiative of the month.  You have to make your time and investment work hard for you.

    Learn from those before you; Digital Transformation is as much about people as it is about technologies.

    We can quickly understand where you are today and the direction you are heading through a short workshop and I will create a bespoke transformation plan.

    Typically, we will;

    Develop leaders; demystifying what digital means.  Leaders do not need to be data analysts or experts, but they do need to be digitally savvy.  Leading in a Digital Age requires leaders to be comfortable with not having all the answers, making decisions with incomplete information, empowering and trusting their teams, and personally committing to the digital journey.  Leaders cannot delegate Digital Transformation to IT.

    Build workforce capabilities and skills, tailoring the training to reflect today’s diverse workforce with their range of abilities, bringing everyone with you, confidently using the technology, and coming up with new ideas.  This personal approach aims to build confidence and make sure no one is left behind or feels daunted by the technology.

    Create a workplace culture that reduces the fear often associated with change and technology, where it is safe to learn, try new things, and make mistakes

    The roadmap will consist of training workshops, online learning, and hands-on experiences to deliver the required digital leadership, skills, and culture ready for digital adoption and successful Digital Transformation.
