PMQ 6 Corporate Project Management Training

APM 6 Day Project Manager Qualification (PMQ) Formerly APMP

Project Management is a growing specialism used increasingly in businesses of all sizes, nationally and internationally. While a business is a continuous and on-going operation, a project is temporary, aimed at producing a unique product, service or process. These projects can result in increased sales, staff productivity and growth of your business.

Blackpool & Fylde College’s Project Management Centre of Excellence offers a five day Association of Project Management Corporate accredited training. The qualification is aimed at those wishing to achieve a high level of project management knowledge sufficient to participate in projects from individual assignment through to large capital projects. The qualification is recognised national and internationally and includes:

  • Leadership
  • Negotiation
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Procurement
  • Sponsorship

Candidates typically have some pre-existing knowledge of project management, although this is not essential. Assessment is a three hour examination paper and examination preparation and support is provided throughout the course. Successful completion of the course results in receipt of an accredited Project Management Qualification and Professional Certificate.
