NAA Deep Dive Workshop – Machine Data Collection

    Start date: 17/04/2018
Cost: Please register via Eventbrite link

    OVERVIEW

This is the first of our specialist subject workshops, the aim of each workshop is to provide you with an opportunity to understand world class performance, learn more about the subject, benchmark yourselves and discuss solutions to challenges that you may have.

If you would like to explore how to improve your operating efficiency through the use of machine availability data then this is the workshop for you.  Manufacturing or maintenance engineers & managers with responsibility for machine operating efficiency are the targeted audience.

You will have an opportunity to understand how other companies manage their data to maximise their operating efficiency;  GETRAG FORD Transmissions will demonstrate the machine data collection systems they have in use including Siemens WinCC, and how they use the data to improve production performance . Siemens will also give a presentation on digitisation and data collection within the workplace. With plenty of opportunities for learning and discussion every company attending is requested to bring a short presentation with them explaining their current status and challenges.

This is a rare opportunity to see & understand how machine data is collected, analysed and used within a large global organisation combined with an opportunity to discuss your individual experiences and improvement opportunities in this area.
