NAA Event: Identifying and Protecting Your Intellectual Property Workshop, 12 June 2018, Manchester
Start date: 12/06/2018
Cost: Please register via Eventbrite link Free for NAA Members (£25 refundable deposit required)
NAA member Wilson Gunn, a firm of patent and trade mark attorneys who specialise in working with the automotive sector, would like to invite you to their practical workshop which will teach you how to identify and protect valuable intellectual property…
Businesses usually appreciate the value in protecting their intellectual property, but often new products and changes to existing products go unprotected because of a lack of appreciation of what can be protected.
Led by two Wilson Gunn partners, the workshop will include an overview of intellectual property protection and its practical, commercial value to businesses in the automotive sector. This will be followed by an interactive session on invention spotting which will, through examples, shed light on the question of what makes a patentable invention.
The workshop is suitable for those involved in R&D or intellectual property management, and for any organisation which is developing new products and technology. Please feel free to share this event with colleagues who would benefit from attending this workshop.
