Starting January 16th 2020, the NAA is delivering a training course in partnership with Dale Carnegie on ‘How to be an Effective Leader”. This 3-day course (delivered over 3 months) has been designed in line with automotive sector needs, and will empower and enable line managers to do the leadership side of their role more effectively.
For those interested, Dale Carnegie are providing a free workshop on November 26th which will provide an insight into this training programme.

How do we enable our people and organisations to think faster, move faster and be resilient in uncertain times?
AGILITY is a key challenge for many organisations due to the disruption caused by rapid and frequent change.
Dale Carnegie has conducted global research on this subject, with 3500 people in 11 countries taking part.
At this seminar we will be sharing the latest findings and discussing what it takes to be an agile organisation and an agile leader.
