Made Smarter Leadership Programme
See how digitalisation can future proof your business
This eight-month programme is being run in collaboration with Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) and Made Smarter, the industry and government partnership driving manufacturing productivity and growth through digital technology.
It involves a mixture of workshops, site visits to other manufacturers, including Veka, Hosokawa Micron and Senator, who are already on the journey of adopting digital technology. You will get the chance to test new ideas through project sprints facilitated by Siemens Digital Industries.
Develop your leadership capabilities and strategic thinking to support the adoption of hi-tech and digitally-based manufacturing techniques into your own production processes. Learn how to successfully lead employees and other stakeholders along on this digital transformation journey.
SME Business leaders from across the North West have already benefitted from taking part in this programme who are now armed with the vision and the skills to pursue smarter manufacturing.
Programme starts on Tuesday 25th February 2020. To find out more information contact Pete Cornwall, Business Liaison Officer on 01524 510 728 or email p.cornwall@lancaster.ac.uk to set up an initial meeting.
