Automotive Reskilling and Upskilling Platform Pilot
An intelligent platform that matches learning content to organisational training needs within digitalisation and electrification. The platform helps upskilling/new-skilling workforce development or to access nationally relevant learning content to tailor training provision.
Electrification Skills Network (ESN)
Funded by UKRI, the Electrification Skills Network (ESN) is a collaborative initiative bringing together industry and skill providers to address the country’s electrification skills requirement, definition and provision. ESN will provide a comprehensive electrification skills reference point that will deliver a framework and via a forum, create a community and develop a dynamic roadmap; shaping best practices and defining the necessary electrification skill sets in UK.

- Introduction to both initiatives and the benefits of engaging.
- Demo of the Automotive Reskilling and Upskilling Platform Pilot.
- Update on the ESN electrification framework.
- Funded support available through both the initiatives.
