The draft of ISO9001: 2015 places significant emphasis on an organisation having effective processes to manage risk.
Industry Forum has designed a one day seminar to consider how risk can be effectively managed in a Quality Management System. The seminar is designed for Quality Managers and members of a management team responsible for implementing and maintaining effective process based Quality Management Systems to meet the requirements of ISO9001 or sector based variants (AS9100, ISO/TS16949 etc).
The full day seminar will cover:
- The proposed structure of ISO9001: 2015 and references to risk
- What is risk?
- Techniques to identify and manage risk
The seminar will include case studies and delegate exercises and ample time for discussion.
The seminar will be held at Industry Forum Learning Centre, Birmingham on 12th May 2014, starting with registration at 8.30am and finishing at 4.00pm with time afterwards for networking.
