    The Celebration of Engineering is a showcase event for manufacturing and technology in the Northwest. It is being organised by the Manufacturing and Management Group of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Mersey and Western Cheshire Network in cooperation with Jaguar Land Rover, Halewood Operations and their local Supply Chain businesses:

    • International Automotive Components (IAC) Ltd.,
    • MAGNA International,
    • DHL
    • Johnson Controls (JCI).

    The “Celebration of Engineering” event is being supported by the Northwest Automotive Alliance and will consist of

    • a series of presentations in the morning, followed by
    • technical tours in the afternoon across the Supply Chain business sites.

    Presentations will highlight the close cooperation between Jaguar Land Rover and its suppliers in terms of Value Stream, Logistics, KANBAN, Continuous Improvement and other strategic issues to ensure on-going growth and success.

    The Jaguar Land Rover Supply Chain Companies will show their contribution to the success story of Jaguar Land Rover, Halewood Operations.
