Growth Catalyst is a programme is to develop your business, work through your problems, help you manage time better and get more out of your staff
This is an 8 month leadership development programme, designed for owner managers or senior managers in SMEs in Merseyside.
Included in this programme is
- A mid-week explorative stay in a 4 star hotel to define your needs
- 8 Masterclasses/workshops on social media, presentation, strategy, managing staff
- 6 hours of strategy coaching with coaches from a sector relevant to you.
- 5 action learning sets where other owner/managers share light on your issues
- An exchange visit to another business

The programme starts on the 20th May 2014 and we are only recruiting a certain number of businesses. The next cohort starts in September 2014
