Japan Best Practice Programme – 15-22 November 2014
Start date: 15/11/2014
Are you looking to provide members of your organisation with insights into world-class best practice?
Visits to other organisations are a well-established method for companies to network, benchmark and can become part of a successful continuous improvement strategy.
Seeing in practice how other organisations have overcome issues and achieved success has allowed many companies around the world to improve their own businesses.
Through its unique heritage, Industry Forum is able to provide links with Japanese industrial partners to offer unprecedented access to senior management and shop floors of recognised world leading Japanese companies.
Their programme stimulates ideas and enthusiasm which, guided by Industry Forum personnel and subject matter experts, gives delegates the vision to achieve measurable improvement in their organisations.
Visiting delegates are able to hear real world experiences from managers who have implemented change with opportunities to understand how it was done, what the challenges were, and how they were overcome.
Now in its ninth year, the 2014 programme runs from 15th to 22nd November and will include a visits to a TPM world class winner, Toyota, companies recognised for innovated approaches to improvement and lecture from a globally recognised TPM expert, author of “TPM in the Process Industries”.
In addition to the visit to Japan the programme delegates will be invited to work on both pre- and post- visit activities to help them get the most from the event and develop robust improvement plans for their company.
