    Member Networking Meeting, GETRAG Ford Transmissions, Halewood, Thursday 26 June, 8am-11am

    Join us at GETRAG Ford Transmissions, Halewood for a Northwest Automotive Alliance Member Networking Breakfast meeting. As part of the Liverpool Vision International Festival of Business (IFB), the visit will include an introduction to the company, its products and processes

    Since 1935, GETRAG has designed and manufactured the widest range of high precision driveline systems for vehicles worldwide. Many of the world’s most successful and desirable car brands choose GETRAG; this event will give all attendees the chance to find out why.

    The objective of the NAA member networking meeting is to highlight the GETRAG Ford Transmissions Facility in Halewood and the projects it has completed, future business objectives, and the story of its ‘success’. GETRAG Ford Transmissions also has a Knowsley facility, where changes have been made to increase capacity, production levels and quality.

    This promises to be an informative event for senior delegates from the Automotive sector wishing to experience and gain insight into a world-class manufacturing facility and the journey of become how GETRAG Ford Transmissions reached this level in such a demanding sector.

    The event will start at 8am and ending at 11am, with refreshments and a light breakfast buffet. There will be an early and late option for the site tour and the talks will occur between the two tours. The event will include presentations from key GETRAG Ford Transmissions employees and a presentation about the NAA by Chief Executive Carol Holden.

    8.00am – Early tour (arrival and networking for those on late tour)
    9am -10am – Presentations
    10:00am – Late tour (networking for those on the early tour)
    11.00am – Event closes
