Demystifying Automation for SMEs and How to Unlock Funding
Our March networking event will take place at the North of England Robotics Innovation Centre (NERIC), the University of Salford’s new multi-million-pound facility dedicated to helping businesses grow through automation and robotic technologies.
Through NERIC, the University works in partnership with businesses to support them on their automation journey to help spark innovation, increase productivity, and expedite growth.
NERIC has supported over 100 businesses from a broad range of sectors including the automotive, retail & wholesale, manufacturing, medical, and food & drink sectors. It’s robotics and automation experts have a wealth of experience in working with businesses to address barriers to adoption and to realise the full benefits of advancing technologies in an ever-changing digital world.
The automotive industry is at the heart of the UK’s surge in adoption of robotic and automation technologies enabling companies to lower the risk of accidents, improve productivity, and product quality. The impartial expertise available through NERIC instills the confidence businesses need to both invest and excel in their adoption journey.
