In this webinar, Mike Farnworth of Xemptor Consulting, a member of the NAA Advisory Board since 2017, will present a selection of simple but powerful frameworks and techniques to address key concerns of buyers and sellers in uncertain geo-political and economic conditions. These will include methodologies to manage cost, improve sourcing, minimise risk, understand pricing, boost value and create effective relationships.

Mike spent 20 years in procurement and supply chain roles at Rover Group, then BMW Group, culminating in the role of General Manager, Purchasing Operations, at the MINI Plant, Oxford. Since 2004, he has worked globally as consultant, interim and trainer across multiple sectors, including automotive, aerospace and aviation, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy and public sector.
