    NAA Webinar – Skills Support for Electrification

    Automotive Reskilling and Upskilling Platform Pilot

    An intelligent platform that matches learning content to organisational training needs within digitalisation and electrification. The platform helps upskilling/new-skilling workforce development or to access nationally relevant learning content to tailor training provision.

    Electrification Skills Network (ESN)

    Funded by UKRI, the Electrification Skills Network (ESN) is a collaborative initiative bringing together industry and skill providers to address the country’s electrification skills requirement, definition and provision. ESN will provide a comprehensive electrification skills reference point that will deliver a framework and via a forum, create a community and develop a dynamic roadmap; shaping best practices and defining the necessary electrification skill sets in UK.

     

    Why attend:

    The session will cover:

    • Introduction to both initiatives and the benefits of engaging.
    • Demo of the Automotive Reskilling and Upskilling Platform Pilot.
    • Update on the ESN electrification framework.
    • Funded support available through both the initiatives.

     

    Who should attend:

    Anyone who is involved in the electrification skills landscape from the automotive and aerospace sectors. This includes employers, training provider, accrediting organisations, sector/trade and professional associations.
