Merseyrail has become the first company to win the North of England Excellence Award Business of the Year title for a second time. The rail operator, which has transformed its business over the past ten years, also won two other awards at the 2014 North of England Excellence Awards ceremony.

Find out more about how the 2014 North of England Excellence Award winners have managed to improve their performance at this free morning event. They will be sharing their experience and revealing the key lessons that they have learned, the barriers they have faced and how they have successfully overcome them.

The event takes place from 9.30 to 12.30 at North of England Excellence, International Business Centre, Delta Crescent, Warrington WA5 7WQ.

It will be followed by the Assessors Conference from 2.00 to 4.00pm, where you can hear why being an awards assessor is such a powerful form of personal development. There is also the opportunity to join our assessor teams.
