The Financial Expert is a high impact programme developed for established manufacturers to identify and explain the key financial issues which will underpin the future success of their business. As firms expand and scale up operations, they must develop finance from an operational function to a strategic capability with Managing Director and Board engagement. The aim of this programme is to frame strategic financial opportunities to strengthen the future prospects of the sector, to identify the critical factors for financing growth, how to protect your cash during growth and help build the financial foundations for a business with a secure future. The Financial Expert provides timely support to address this and help increase awareness and understanding of the options available to manufacturers through exclusive access to local specialists from Grant Thornton.
