The NAA have a number of connections with Higher Education Institutions and Recruitment Agencies:
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a highly-intensive training and qualification opportunity for individuals choosing to advance their career. Significant business benefits include increased productivity, improved competitiveness, building a flexible, motivated, loyal workforce and securing future talent pipeline. The government’s apprenticeship levy programme is now in full operation. However, deciphering funding eligibility and navigating the skills landscape can be daunting. Equipped with knowledge and expertise, Enginuity offer an expert team of Apprenticeship Advisers who can assess, support and advise your business to create high quality apprenticeships. T Levels
T Levels are technical qualifications for 16-19 year olds in England. Each T Level combines classroom learning with a 45-day industry placement hosted by an employer. These placements give students valuable on-the-job experience and help businesses find future employees.
Developed in partnership with employers of all sizes, T Levels ensure that the skills engineering and manufacturing businesses need are being taught in schools and colleges across England.
The industry placement is like an extended interview: it’s a chance to see a young person’s skills and knowledge in action and assess whether they’re the right fit for your team. Many businesses go on to hire their T Level student at the end of their course – as apprentices on accelerated programmes or as employees.
Recent Department for Education data shows that one in three T Level graduates are hired by their placement employer.
