    NAA Training: APQP, 30 January 2014

    This course is designed for Management Representatives, Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others who are involved in the auditing or implementation of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) activities including Control Plans. Familiarity with Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) and related Core Tools would be beneficial but not necessary

    What are the objectives?

    Delegates will become competent in implementing and auditing AQP and creating Control Plans and also develop an understanding of the links to SPC, MSA, FMEA and PPAP.

    Topics covered

    • APQP Requirements relevant to ISO/TS16949
    • Methods of planning APQP
    • Links to feasibility reviews
    • Development and management of project timing plan
    • Phases of APQP including plan and define, product design and development
    • Process design and development, product and process validation and feedback, assessment and corrective actions
    • Content and creation of control plans
    • Links to other core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP)

    Course delivery
    These highly participative courses are based on a series of sessions using tutorials, case studies, interactive workshops and open forum discussion.

    The practical emphasis of the courses and high tutor to delegate contact provides a unique opportunity for a substantial degree of individual guidance and training.

    What certificate do I receive?
    Delegates completing the courses will receive a certificate of attendance.
