    • An overview of the changes in the 4th edition of the IATF scheme rules
    • The future structure of ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949
    • Common problems found during ISO/TS16949 audits
    • Changes in customer specific requirements
    • Update on other assessment standards including VDA 6.3 and MMOG-LE

    • Using VDA 6.3 Process Audit and VDA 6.5 Product Audit to improve the internal audit process
    • Using Materials Management and Operations Guidelines –  Logistics Evaluation [MMOG-LE] to improve internal and external planning and logistics processes
    • Using Total Productive Maintenance to improve effectiveness of Maintenance processes
