Dr Ann Mulhaney
Board Member University of Salford
Dr Ann Mulhaney is an Associate Professor of Change Management at the University of Salford and a highly experienced business transformation specialist with over 30 years’ experience across academia and industry. She leads major innovation and skills programmes within the Centre for Sustainable Innovation, working at the intersection of digital transformation, organisational change and SME growth.
Ann has a strong track record in the automotive sector, having held leadership roles at Bentley Motors where she led global capability development across a network of 220 retailers in over 50 countries. She has also worked extensively with manufacturing organisations through initiatives such as Made Smarter and previous collaborations with the Northwest Automotive Alliance.
As Founder of M‑Prove Consultancy, Ann has supported a wide range of organisations with executive coaching, leadership development and continuous improvement. Her work is underpinned by a PhD in Organisational Transformation and a passion for enabling people and organisations to thrive through change.
Ann brings a strategic, people-centred perspective to her role on the Northern Automotive Alliance advisory board, with particular expertise in leadership development, digital adoption and sustainable transformation.
