Mini Gears (Stockport) Ltd is a large privately owned subcontract engineering company specialising in the manufacture of high precision machined parts, ground gears, commercial gears and gear racks.
We are well renowned for our input into design help and cost saving ideas to give our customers a competitive advantage and have won many awards for machining, innovation and supply chain partnerships.
The company was established in 1966 and now, with continual investment and growth, has a 35,000 sq.ft manufacturing facility in Stockport, close to Manchester Airport where we employ 85 staff and have an extensive range of the latest high tech CNC machine tools.
We supply to a wide range of industries including low volume automotive, high end performance cars and engine products, oil, gas & petrochemical, nuclear, stairlifts and lifting equipment for the medical industry, aircraft seating and many other Power Transmission applications.
