Growth Programme for North West Automotive SMEs
Automotive SMEs are being encouraged to find out more about the brand new ‘Growth Programme’ which aims to provide practical ways to identify and drive forward growth opportunities
Delivered by The Manufacturing Institute, the Growth Programme is designed by manufacturers for manufacturers and provides automotive SMEs in the North West with the key skills and tools needed to create customer value, drive sales, improve profitability and develop leadership skills. The programme is completely bespoke, allowing SMEs to apply knowledge directly to their business. Importantly, it is funded by the European Regional Development Fund, which means it offers outstanding value for money at just £1,300 per person (£81 per day for 16 days of support).
The programme is structured to enable growth plans to be implemented faster and more effectively. Delivered through a series of in-company coaching days and supported by masterclasses on fundamental business topics, it is backed up by industry expert reviews and advice including Nigel Blenkinsop, Director of Powertrain Operations at Jaguar Land Rover. It also provides the opportunity to network with like-minded manufacturing managers, sharing challenges and learning from industry peers.
