Our ‘In the Driving Seat’ feature allows you to find out more about your fellow members, for example, did you know that Paul Bullock from 3D 360 has built an Earthship?…

    Name

    Paul Bullock

    Position

    Director

    Company Name

    3D 360

    What does your company do?

3D360 is a training provider and an engineering consultancy in Digital/Additive Manufacturing (AM / 3D printing) and 3D CAD and Industry 4.0 technologies such as 3D Printing, AR, VR, Robotics and Automation, IoT.

We deliver funded and subsidised 3D Printing, 3D CAD and Digital Manufacturing Skills Bootcamp training on behalf of the Department for Education across Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside and deliver B2B Advanced Manufacturing training to business all over the UK.

We’re the official training partners for the STFC at Daresbury and 3D Printing hardware retailer Evo3D.

We also deliver fully managed Social Impact/STEM Education programmes for clients via our flagship train the training programme for education, L.I.F.T. (Local Industry Funded Training)

Ultimately though, we make a difference. Through our funded training and ‘free 3D printers for all’ social impact philosophy, we’ve fundamentally raised the technology levels of the Northwest, in a little over two years, we’ve brought access to digital manufacturing equipment and funded skills training to over 1,300 business, individuals and education in the Northwest.

We’ve levelled the playing field by bringing access to digital manufacturing equipment and skills to over 300,000 school children and under our own Social Impact, we have gifted over £200,000 worth of 3D Printers to business. Individuals and education in the region.

    Apart from that

Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Member of the Nuclear Institute. I’ve been on the committee of the South Lancs branch of the MNDA for the past seven years.

Why did you join the NAA?

Our other co-director, Lee Fogg, has extensive experience in the automotive sector having work for Northern Counties, Bentley, Caterpillar, Perkins and Rolls Royce and we know how much the sector and supply chains can all benefit from Additive/Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 so it seemed an obvious choice. My background is Nuclear Engineering so it also brings diversification and CPD benefits and it’s also a great way to network and keep abreast of the sector news and developments.
