NAA Business Excellence Programme Update: Rush for Mentoring and Technical Support
This past couple of months has been extremely busy supporting companies with applications for Business Excellence mentoring and technical support. Currently, we are supporting over 20 new projects, which have a total value in excess of £200,000.
It is fantastic to see all this investment taking place and the drive for business improvements. I have budgets to support SMEs and Large companies in Merseyside and the rest of the region. Requests for funding have been so popular in Merseyside that this budget has virtually all been allocated. There is a considerable amount of funding remaining in all other areas, so please contact me if you would like support.
Business Excellence Networking
The next Business Excellence networking meeting will be held on Thursday 5 December. It will commence with a tour of Scorpion Automotive and then relocate to the David Lloyd Club at Chorley (about 1 mile away) for lunch, and presentations by Scorpion and other speakers.

New Members
Since the approval of the extension to Business Excellence to June 2015 from the European Regional Development Fund (back in June), membership has increased dramatically from 68 to 88 members. Although September focused on helping companies with mentoring and technical support, we’ve still had four new members, which were:

- Voyager MPV Ltd
