Attendees heard from a panel of outstanding female Junior Engineers, who discussed their experiences of completing the IN4.0 talent academy programme and the real-life industry projects they have completed.
This was followed by a panel of industry leaders, who discussed the importance of talent within their businesses and the benefits of working with IN4.0 talent academy graduates.
