    As an example of its work, Servispart Consulting recently helped a prestige car manufacturer to improve its global aftermarket supply chain and deliver a best ever parts availability performance of 97.4%; cut unit downs by 72%, customer parts backorders by 56% and supplier schedule arrears by 63%; and eradicate inbound grief from suppliers by 98%.  All this was achieved in only eight months alongside unprecedented growth in the aftermarket business of 35% in inbound volumes, 40% supply schedule value and 28% inventory value.
