NAA Member News: Servispart launches new aftermarket innovation at Automechanika

A recent survey certainly seems to back that assertion, with research firm Gartner stating that aftermarket services represent 24% of manufacturers’ revenues, whilst generating 40% to 80% of total profits.

Servispart Consulting spent three days at Automechanika alongside the NAA and used the exhibition platform to launch the latest version of its proprietary aftermarket improvement methodology – Aftermarket 360™.
