Win £750 with the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) prize – deadline 30 June 2016
The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is looking for the 2016 winner of the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) prize, which forms part of the IET Young Woman Engineer (YWE) of the Year Awards.
The Women’s Engineering Society Prize is awarded to a young female engineer who is able to engage and inspire young people’s involvement in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The Prize
The winner will be rewarded with £750 and a certificate at the prestigious YWE Awards Ceremony, on 1 December 2016.
Winning also means that you will:
- Have exciting new opportunities available for you to further your career
- Get invitations to attend high profile events with some of the most influential people in the industry
- Represent fellow female engineers through being a WES and an IET Ambassador.
