    Association with NAA

Recently partnered with the NAA – looking to support all members of the NAA with market intelligence and support recruitment and team development.

Why did you join the NAA?

Perfect partnership for our business, diverse membership in the STEM market where we excel. Recruitment has not taken many steps forward in the last 20 years – we have developed cultural and behavioural assessments to support pre hire, on hire and post hire. We want to create partnerships.

    Personal

I live in Warrington and have two grown up children and one grandson who is two years old. I have watched Warrington Wolves Rugby League Team for the last 49 years and am an avid golfer, playing at Birchwood Golf Club and The Mere (happy to host anyone who wants a game). I love motorbikes with my partner Estelle, a speed freak but am scared of heights (I get dizzy on the back door step!!)

    Movie

    Top Gun, Coming to America

    Books

    Best motoring moment

2007 Isle of Man TT, the mountain section was de-restricted and one way, I was passed by a Ferrari at the goose neck, I was able to stay with him for a few miles at some eye watering speeds, gave me a real insight into just how mad the TT riders are. Got off my bike at the end of the lap and was exhausted.
