    A legacy from the Automotive Industrial Partnership Skills Working Group, the new Matching Service forms the Apprenticeship Clearing House outlined in the AIP’s strategic aims.

    How does it work? 

    Working in partnership with the UK’s major car manufacturers, the Automotive Apprenticeship Matching Service re-directs high calibre surplus candidates to other supply chain and engineering companies. This long-awaited service makes the apprenticeship recruitment process easy and gives employers of all sizes confidence that they can find the right candidates when they need them. As well as helping to select the best candidates, the Matching Service has partnered with a range of training providers to help every company access the best training for them.
