NAA Event Review: ‘Balls to That’ – Tackling Mental Health, Morson International, Thursday 12 September 2019
In September we joined Forces with Morson International and Sale Sharks to focus on Mental Health in the workplace. The event held at Morson’s Manchester office was a great success with positive feedback from all who attended.
Craig Monaghan, veteran and now team member of Sale Sharks, delivered his powerful ‘Balls to That’ mental health session in which he shared his personal experiences with PTSD and recovery.
Heather Deering, Morson’s Health, Wellbeing and Engagement Partner, shared Morson’s journey in introducing a mental health support programme, which is a beacon of good practice. She has developed a toolkit which looks at Mental Health holistically and it has had a very positive impact across the organisation.
