NAA Member News: Bentley – Automotive Early Careers Ball: Sponsorship Opportunity
An Automotive Early Careers Ball is being proposed by a team of degree apprentices, and organisations are being invited to sponsor the event.
Across the UK, there are many opportunities for networking amongst early careers, and within the automotive industry, but there is a gap in combining the two. The Automotive Early Careers Ball is a social black-tie dinner for current early careers across the automotive industry, proposed for quarter 4 2025, aiming to forge connections amongst automotive future leaders.
The event is aimed at apprentices, graduates, and industrial placements currently on an early careers programme within the automotive industry, with scope to invite attendees across the whole automotive industry such as OEMs, suppliers, aftermarket, retail, logistics, end-of-life vehicle management and industry bodies.
The team behind the Automotive Early Careers Ball is known as FUEL (For Uniting Emerging Leaders) – OEM degree apprentices passionate about uniting the future of the UK automotive industry. To bridge the gap between early careers development and industry-wide connection, they’re building a programme of impactful, accessible events and development guidance for early careers in the automotive industry. The events are designed to equip individuals in early careers with the confidence, insight, and skills they need to thrive – while giving industry partners a platform to connect with emerging talent.
