Background
TurnKey Corporate works with manufacturing businesses to strengthen people, processes and performance. Our work is built around three core pillars: leadership, strategy and Lean Six Sigma. We support organisations to develop capable leaders, clear direction and a consistent approach to continuous improvement across operations. Alongside this, we provide readiness assessment and hands‑on support for Aero Excellence, SC21 and ISO standards. Our focus is on understanding where the business is today, aligning people and processes to business priorities, and embedding improvement into everyday ways of working. The outcome is better decision‑making, stronger delivery and sustainable performance over time.
What can you offer to NAA Members?
NAA members are operating in a demanding environment. Common challenges include cost pressure, constrained resources, skills gaps, inconsistent performance and increasing customer expectations. Many leadership teams are stretched, with limited time to step back, benchmark performance or build a structured improvement pathway.
TurnKey Corporate supports NAA members by providing clarity on where they are today and a practical route forward. We use benchmarking tools such as Operational Excellence Assessments and Business Maturity Assessments, both internal and externally supported, to create an honest view of capability across leadership, strategy, people and operations.
What those assessments identify is then addressed through a clear development pathway. This typically includes strategy alignment with senior teams, leadership development and training to improve decision‑making and accountability with Lean Six Sigma training and coaching to embed continuous improvement into day‑to‑day operations.
For members facing customer or sector requirements, we provide readiness assessment and hands‑on support to access Aerospace, Nuclear, Rail markets via Aero Excellence, SC21 and ISO standards, using them to strengthen ways of working rather than treating them as compliance exercises.
In addition, members can access peer support, masterclasses and open courses, providing opportunities to learn from others facing similar challenges. The focus is on building sustainable improvement capability that stays within the business.
