Background
Secure Assured is a Manchester-based cyber resilience platform, built by Parker Neal and founded by former CISO Gareth Neal and former CDO Dave Parker. We help organisations assess, manage and respond to cyber risk across their entire supply chain, combining supplier risk visualisation, governance & compliance assessment, and incident response (via our Digital War Room) in one UK-built, UK-hosted platform. Our work spans regulated, supply-chain-dependent sectors including automotive, aerospace, financial services, higher education, and others. We’re not a compliance checkbox tool, we help organisations move from periodic audits to continuous, real-time cyber resilience.
How would you like to work with NAA members?
Automotive supply chains are deep, Nth-tier, and increasingly targeted. Most manufacturers have visibility only as far as Tier 1, while cyber risk sits several tiers below that.
We’d like to work with NAA in two ways: as a cyber security resource for members generally, and, for a number of members who want to go further, through early access to the Secure Assured platform itself.
For all members, we can offer briefings and content on supply chain cyber risk specific to the automotive industry: why Nth-tier visibility matters (most manufacturers see only as far as Tier 1, while real risk sits several tiers below), and what’s coming down the line regulatory wise (NIS2, the UK Cyber Security and Resilience Bill).
For a limited number of members who want to go deeper, we’d like to offer invitation-only early access to the Secure Assured platform ahead of wider launch. This would give selected members a first look at mapping and scoring cyber risk across their own supplier network using our structured framework. Early access members would get hands-on use of the platform, direct input into how it develops, and a head start on supply chain visibility most of the sector doesn’t have yet.
