IN4 Group supports automotive, manufacturing and organisations across sectors to build the skills, talent pipelines and capabilities needed to adopt AI and digital technologies effectively, with a clear focus on delivering measurable productivity gains.
For NAA members, we offer tailored AI training and targeted staff upskilling programmes designed to help organisations work better, faster and more profitably. This includes leadership development for modern leaders navigating digital transformation, alongside practical, work-based learning that focuses on where AI can deliver real value across operations, from manufacturing and supply chain optimisation to customer service, HR and back-office functions.
Our approach is grounded in real business application. We work with employers to identify priority use cases, embed AI into day-to-day workflows, and ensure teams have the confidence and capability to adopt new technologies effectively. Alongside this, we provide access to apprenticeship programmes, enabling employers to upskill existing staff or bring in new talent through funded pathways aligned to their business needs. We support organisations to make effective use of their apprenticeship levy, enabling them to build practical skills in high-growth areas such as AI and data. We also connect organisations to early talent through our place-based programmes, helping to strengthen long-term workforce pipelines.
We are keen to work collaboratively with NAA members to understand their specific challenges and co-design programmes that deliver real impact. This includes piloting AI adoption within organisations, supporting workforce development strategies, and building sustainable talent pipelines.
