    Wynne Aviation Services

Wynne Aviation is a third-generation family run freight and logistics business based at Liverpool John Lennon airport and Isle of Man airport.

Wynne Aviation’s Cargoport at Liverpool Airport is the fastest growing Cargo facility in the UK.

We work closely with Automotive, Pharmaceutical and specialist manufacturers in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe, providing aircraft handling, import and export services, customs clearance, final mile delivery, contract logistics and same day delivery services. One contact from touchdown to delivery for Imports, and for Exports one contact from collection to take off. We call this #OnePartnerForCargo.

#OnePartnerForCargo brings together and integrates the strength air and road services. To achieve this, we have created the most effective and cost-efficient environment for freight cargo logistics in the UK. For both Import and Export.

We can offer NAA members a bespoke solution for their time sensitive consignments (JIT). Our service covers domestic UK shipments and import or export worldwide. Our strength is our ability to work outside the norms.

We are hoping to work with NAA member to establish an individual rapport to fully appreciate their requirements and tailor our services to meet member’s needs.

Our USP is the ability to combine all parts of the logistical chain supply, into one into one tailored solution.

Through integration of our Air and Road services including all administrative tasks. This includes C&D, security screening and customs clearance. One contact, One phone call, One invoice. #OneParnterForCargo

In May 2020 our #OnePartnerForCargo came into its own. We found ourselves being contacted by an international logistics company. Their problem was that lifesaving PPE was in Asia and the USA. It needed to be approved for use and in the NHS UK hub by a specific date and time. Unfortunately, at some part of the supply chain had failed.

We were able to organise the Air handling: check the quality matched the NHS acceptable standards: Customs clear and deliver to the NHS hub on time every time.

The Isle of Man government became aware of our operation and due to its success reached out to us to provide a critical service for the Island.

The next major impact was the Brexit transition. In January 2021 we handled almost 200,000 kilos from over 200 aircraft movements assisting the UK Automotive industry. This is in comparison to January 2020 where we handled 30,000 kilos from 32 movements.

If you require any of services, you can reach either our operations team or myself, Neil Furlong for assistance.
